From there we go to San Francisco County Jail #8 "Pod E" where the ladies in CJ8 joined us during my song "Pocket Funk" with a chorus of: "Funky Stuff...In Your Pocket"! And 2 original selections from my album Late Rent, my theme song "Late Rent" and the original studio version of "Pocket Funk" and the story of how I recorded them in the same studio John Lennon had been recording in in winter 1983 at Intergalactic Studios in New York City. From there to Paris France for a live concert broadcast on Radio France Inter hosted by M. Andre Francis the legendary French Jazz Radio Producer. Jon Hammond Trio with George Brown drums (R.I.P.) Barry Finnerty guitar, Jon Hammond orgue. From Paris to Frankfurt Germany to the AFN Europe Headquarters, Jon Hammond and the Late Rent Session Men live on AFN Powerlite Show with host Margie Glad. The trio was crowded around one big classic Neumann tube microphone and broadcast world wide live, it was the first performance of Jon's original composition "New Funk Hip-Hop Chitlins" with James Preston of the Sons of Champlin on drums, Barry Finnerty guitar and Jon Hammond at the Hammond XB-2 organ.
